You can lose up to 20 minutes per week if you don't keep the Golden Rules. There are 6 Golden Rules. The Golden Rules are we are gentle, we are kind and helpful, we listen. we are honest, we work hard and we look after property.

Playgrounds

In the back playground children can run around and play on the climbing frame. They can also play tag on the concrete with a road painted on the concrete. There is also a football pitch so children can play football, rugby and tag or they can sit down in the garden. The garden is a lovely place to sit. If people don't want to sit and play in the garden, they can sit in the shed. The shed is quite big and you can watch children play and in the back of the shed there is equipment to play with.

Tomintoul School is fun

At the end of the year at Tomintoul School we have an activities day and a drama club. If you can come and have a look around you'll find lots of fun things to do.

Drama Club

The school does a drama play with Elaine Hershel. You audition for a part; it takes 10 weeks until you perform in front of an audience. In the past we have done "Murder at the Hotel Crumhorn", the "Easter Bunny" and this year we are doing "Tomintoul's Got Talent".

Activities Day

At the end of the year our school has an activities day with Glenlivet School. There is: cooking, fishing, canvas painting, bowling, archery, taekwando and mountain biking.

We hope you can come and look around, you'd find it really fun and exciting.

Abby Davison and Steven Martin

I am going to tell you about one special trip and one great day.

Loch Eil Outward Bound Trip

When we went to Loch Eil it gave us a chance to become even better friends with our class mates. We had great fun when we tried the trapeze, para jump, zip line and lots more.

Activities Day

On activities day we got a chance to pick out of cycling around a course, bowling, fishing and lots more. We all got to do orienteering in our team houses. We had a BBQ but I had a packed lunch!

At Tomintoul we get to do lots of activities and it is really fun. There are friendly children and there are kind teachers.
